Actual utility expenditures will vary based on home building envelope (insulation, window efficiency), HVAC equipment age, individual lifestyle habits, seasonal temperature deviations, fuel adjustment fluctuations, and retail electric plan contract terms. TheUtilityCalc does not guarantee billing accuracy and does not provide certified engineering, legal, or financial advice.
3. Permitted Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial research, home buying evaluation, relocation budget planning, or journalistic research. You agree not to:
